There are a thousand different moments in life, some are worth holding on to but the majority you have to let go. The moments help us to move from one period to the next in our lives. Too often we hold on to a particular moment and wonder why we do not grow; but growth is stilted simply because we cannot let go.
Much like the moments so are people, there comes a time when we just have to let these people go, they were in our lives to help us, they provided that help and that’s it. I believe if you continue to hold on to these moments and people, life becomes so complicated beyond belief.
Too often we hold on to the moments hoping it will get better, forcing it in the direction we want it to go, not realizing that this is not natural. I say be bold let go. Sometimes the moments do end and we need to understand that it is Gods way of pushing us forward.
Take a chance, take a risk, let go and move forward. Let go when its still a happy moment take that picture and move on, stop second guessing or questioning. There are millions and millions of people and moments out there create more than what we limit ourselves to!
This is so true...sometimes we waste so much time holding on to a moment and prevent our own blessings and happiness. I am testimony to that...the moment I let go, God gave me the 'gift' he intended for me to have all along.
ReplyDeleteSometimes we never know we are unhappy or even the extent to which we are, until the right moment comes along and you realize how unhappy you were because of the bliss and euphoria you feel.

I love it as the book The spirit of a man by Vanzant says you were put in peoples lives to do your part after you have done it. It is time to help someone move on. Keep them coming
