What do we truly want from a relationship?
How many times do we ask ourselves this?
No matter what our answer is I’m sure we all want to feel fulfilled and secured, we want to feel that connection, we want to be understood, and above all the simple feeling that needs are being met. However how often do we stay true to ourselves whether it’s a friendship or a partnership?
I asked a few of my followers what was most important in a relationship and the answers were pretty much similar. Life is simple and we all look for the same characteristics in people, but are we actively looking or subconsciously settling.
To avoid settling, we sometimes need to recalculate by putting our needs first.
If we list 3 things that must be important in a relationship why not make that clear, and also be open to reciprocate by facilitating your partners and their needs at the same time.
With this foundation you and your partner can emulate each other, building on that solid foundation and prepare a secure partnership.
I encourage everyone to get the most out of life, think about the relationships that you’re in, the friendships, the circles, readjust, and evaluate your happiness and comfort level by looking at the things that are most important to you and ask yourself "am I short changing myself?
Always value yourself, be your catalyst!
The 5 most important thing that all my followers said they wanted in a relationship was
Trust
Communication
Respect
Friendship
Security
Ambition
